A modern digital home for an international class-action law firm, rebuilt from roughly 11,000 legacy URLs.
Hagens Berman is a Seattle-headquartered law firm specialising in class-action and plaintiff-side litigation. Their old site sat on a proprietary CMS with roughly 11,000 URLs of case histories, attorney bios and press releases - most of which needed restructuring as part of the move.
The design challenge here was less about a single striking layout and more about a system: cases, attorneys, practice areas and press releases all cross-reference each other, so the templates needed to make those relationships clear and browsable rather than burying them. The result reads calmer and more modern than the original, without losing the density of information a law firm's site genuinely needs.
Given how much of the audience arrives from a press mention or a search for a specific case, the site needed to work as well on mobile as on desktop - every template was designed with that in mind from the outset rather than patched in afterwards.
"Titan's branding and designs gave us a strong, visually compelling identity for launch, and an online platform that has won plaudits as the easiest to use and most engaging in our sector."
